Birman

Birmans are another colorful cat that is pointed like the Siamese and the ragdoll. They have blue eyes and a medium-length coat but they do not have an undercoat, the primary characteristic that distinguishes them from Persians and Himalayans. Birmans were the original breeding stock for ragdolls, so they look very similar, but have slightly different markings and personalities. They are playful, social cats who love attention - from the person they choose. They are more of a cat to one person than to others.
